  • Are your pieces anti-tarnish?

    Yes. Every Carat & Clip piece is coated with a jeweller-grade anti-tarnish finish and individually sealed in an anti-tarnish pouch. With normal care, the finish stays bright for 12–18 months of daily wear.

  • How long will my order take?

    Metro cities: 2–4 working days. Rest of India: 4–7 working days. You’ll receive tracking details over email and SMS at dispatch.

  • Can I return or exchange?

    Yes — within 7 days of delivery, for store credit or replacement. Pieces must be unworn, in original packaging. Bridal and custom orders are final sale.

  • Do you offer COD?

    Yes — Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to ₹3,000, subject to pincode availability. You’ll see the option at checkout.

  • Are the hair clips suitable for fine / thick hair?

    Our clips use precision-grip French hinges tested for both fine and thick hair. See the Hair-clip fit guide on any product page for specifics per style.

  • What metals and stones do you use?

    Our base alloy is hypoallergenic brass/zinc with 18K gold plating. Stones are hand-set Kundan, pearl, or cubic zirconia. Each product page lists specifics under “Materials”.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    Currently PAN-India only. International shipping launches Q3 2026 — join the Carat Circle to be notified first.

  • How do I care for my pieces?

    Last on, first off. Keep away from water, perfume, and cleaning agents. Wipe with a soft cloth after each wear and store in the anti-tarnish pouch provided. See our full care guide.
