We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and photography lighting. All jewellery sold by Carat & Clip is artificial (imitation) jewellery and is not made from precious metals or real gemstones unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices on our website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is processed securely through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice, but any changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

5. Orders & Availability

Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. In the event of a stock error or pricing mistake, we will notify you and issue a full refund. Order confirmations are sent via email and/or WhatsApp. Product availability is subject to change without notice.

We ship across India. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499; a flat rate of ₹49 applies to smaller orders. 7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Items that have been worn, damaged, or are missing original packaging are not eligible for return.
